Sentinel Computers LLC offers a non transferable 100% refund on Sentinel LaunchPad personal computers purchased from this site if returned within 60 days of purchase and provided that the LaunchPad, its packaging and supplied cables and/or accessories are returned fully and not damaged. Damage to the device, its accessories or product packaging may result in a service or replacement charge determined upon receipt and inspection. If a returned product is received in other forms of packaging / shipping boxes and the device and/or accessories are damaged, this return guarantee is void. Once the product has been received it will inspected for damage or tampering. Refunds will be issued to the customer using the same credit card or financial instrument used for purchase minus any costs associated with damage repair or replacement.
Sentinel Computers LLC warrants that the Sentinel Computers personal computer shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase and will perform in accordance with the accompanying documentation. Sentinel Computers, LLC does not warrant that the hardware, documentation and software are defect-free except as set forth above. Sentinel Computers hardware and software warranty is non-transferable. Sentinel Computers entire liability and your exclusive remedy shall be, at Sentinel Computers option, either (a) repair or replacement of the Sentinel Computers system or (b) return of the purchase price provided that the Sentinel Computers system is returned to place of original purchase with a copy of the original sales receipt. Any replacement hardware and/or software will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period, or ninety (90) days, whichever is longer. These remedies are only valid within the United States of America and do not cover defects arising under normal use and failures due to misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, modification, improper installation or repairs from other than Sentinel Computers.
There are no user serviceable parts inside the Sentinel Computers system. Attempts to open and tamper with the case lids and covers will void the warranty regardless if an electronic alert is signaled. A factory service Integrity Service check may allow the warranty to be reinstated.
There are no other expressed or implied warranties (including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) regarding the hardware, software and documentation, except any implied warranties which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Service Repair
Because of the nature of this product, we require that you have spoken with a technical support representative by phone before a Return Authorization (RA) number is given. If the product needs to be repaired in or out of warranty, it must be returned (postage/shipping prepaid) to Sentinel Computers for either repair or replacement. DO NOT RETURN THE PRODUCT until you have received a Return Authorization (RA) number. Otherwise it will be returned to you subject to return shipping costs.
Once you have received an RA number from Sentinel Computers, ship the product as instructed using the original packaging. If you no longer have the packaging, you can order a set online - click here. If a returned product is received in other forms of packaging and is damaged, the warranty will be voided. Once the product has been received it will inspected for damage or tampering. If the product is under warranty and has been damaged or tampered with, you will be notified by email of the costs to repair the damage. If the product is out of warranty you will receive an estimate of repair costs.
Technical support
We know that even the best designed and manufactured products can have problems or glitches from time to time. The Sentinel Computers system has a recovery mode to repair common computer issues and can even restore the system back to factory settings.
